Kaimu

Kaimū beach is a very young black sand beach south of Pahoa in the Puna district on the Big Island in Hawaii. Few beaches on the Big Island have such an interesting rich history as Kaimu beach. Once one of the most beautiful beaches on the Big Island, it now is a young black sand beach forming 50 ft above the old beach.

Lava Stone is a grounding stone that strengthens one’s connection to Mother Earth. It gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change. It provides guidance and understanding in situations where we may need to “bounce back”. A calming stone, it is very useful in dissipating anger.
